About Visit Llanelli
Born and bred in Llanelli, I created this standalone project to proudly promote our town’s massive history, beautiful locations, and amazing local businesses entirely for free.
Visit Llanelli was created as a hobby with a clear idea: to promote Llanelli and our local businesses. This website has been designed for both locals and tourists to the area.
The website is run entirely for free by myself, Daniel. I am born and bred in Llanelli, and this is a non-profit website with absolutely no financial gain.
It offers local businesses a place to be listed for free, allowing them to highlight what they have to offer and promote themselves through blogs, events, and business listings.
I personally love Llanelli. I understand it has its issues, but Llanelli has been around for hundreds of years. It is a beautiful area with a massive history, amazing businesses, and great tourist locations.
Why Now? A Modern Digital Doorstep
The way we shop, explore, and support local has completely shifted online, but keeping up with that shift isn’t always easy or affordable for independent traders.
I launched this project right now because Llanelli’s hard-working businesses deserve a level playing field. By creating a modern, central hub today, we can make sure that when locals or visitors look for somewhere to go, our town’s unique spots are the very first things they see.
I launched this project now because our high street and community deserve a modern digital doorstep that brings us all together under one roof.
